Man alive! Zig Ziglar motivates me!

Here's what he had to say about what makes for a good goal.

It should be YOUR goal! NOT the goal of someone else!

Does it fit in with your master plan? You should always be asking yourself - Is this bringing me Towards or Away from what I want to accomplish?

Is it morally right and fair to all the parties involved?

He uses the word GOALS as a reminder for following the right path:

Godly Objectives Assure Lasting Success

A great man - and a great training!

Thanks for the post. I have heard about goal setting for years and am just finally realizing that I have to act on it. Takes a lot of thinking and soul searching to put it into words and then not to be too obscure about what it is you want to achieve. And I am also working on my mission statement. This poor old mind of mine has been working overtime that is for sure. )
