More About MeI am the proud parent of five fantastic young adults, a fun-tastic grandmother of five. I enjoy people, I love to see young people moving forward. I love serving and mentoring young people, assisting in drawing out the inner Genius that sometimes may be locked up in the inner room of their minds. They say I am a Pisces, if that is so, I try my best to always swim up stream, rather than down stream. My favorite color is green, at one period in my life, I had everything green; two cars, furniture, a closet filled with all shades of green, as well as dressing my two young girls in a lot of green. Anyway, I am sure my late husband was very happy when I got through that phase, and my kids, they probably still hold that secret resentment, that all kids suffer through when adults. Some tells me green is symbolic of healing and prosperity. Well I sure need both of them!!! Green still is my best color. I am a gospel, and jazz lover. I use to think I could sing, I thought I would be another Sarah Vaughn, well - it didn't fly, so I settled for public speaking. I was born in raised in St. Louis, Missouri, moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin after I married, and we finally settled in Minnesota, where I have been for 37 years. I have always loved learning so, among raising children, working outside of the home, and running businesses with my husband, I would say my passion has been learning all I can about as much as I can.
